TimberCalc ("the App") is developed by DiwaniTec ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.

1. Data Stored on Your Device TimberCalc stores your business data — customers, bills, purchases, expenses, wood types, sizes, and settings — locally on your device using browser local storage. This data is not transmitted to our servers and remains under your control. Uninstalling the App or clearing app data will permanently delete it unless you have backed it up (see below).

2. Optional Google Drive Backup If you choose to sign in with Google, the App can back up and restore your business data using Google Drive's app-specific storage area (the "App Data" folder). This storage location is private to the App — it is not visible in your regular Google Drive, and we do not have access to it ourselves. We request only this limited, non-sensitive Drive scope, plus your email address and basic profile info to identify your account. We do not access, read, or share the contents of your Drive.

3. Subscriptions and Payments Subscriptions are purchased and processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, see, or store your payment card details, billing address, or other payment information — that is handled by Google under its own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation of an active subscription so the App can unlock paid features.

4. Usage Information When the App is opened or a user logs in, we log a small usage event (timestamp, device type such as "web" or "android", and your business/company name if entered) to our own server for basic analytics and support purposes (e.g., understanding how many businesses use the App). This does not include your customers' data, bills, or financial records.

5. What We Don't Do We do not show ads. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We do not access your bills, customer records, or financial data stored on your device. 6. Data Deletion You can delete your locally stored data at any time by clearing the App's data/storage in your device settings, or by using in-app options to remove records. To request deletion of your Google Drive backup or usage logs, contact us using the details below.

7. Children's Privacy TimberCalc is a business tool for timber traders and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
