SMAN (ShopMANager) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the application collects, uses, and safeguards your information.

Information We Collect

Information You Enter

The app may store the following information entered by you:

• Product names
• Product barcodes
• Product prices
• Inventory quantities
• Sales records
• Purchase records
• Customer names and phone numbers (only if you choose to save them)
• Business information used on invoices
• UPI ID or payment details entered by you
• PDF invoices and receipts

Automatically Collected Information

Depending on the features you use, the app may collect:

• Device information
• App version
• Crash logs
• Diagnostic information

No personal information is collected unless you voluntarily provide it.

Barcode Storage

Product barcode information is stored locally on your device so products can be scanned quickly during billing. If cloud backup or synchronization is enabled in future versions, barcode data may also be securely stored online.

Camera Permission

The app uses the camera only for:

• Scanning product barcodes
• Scanning QR codes (if applicable)

Images captured for barcode scanning are not stored unless you explicitly choose to save them.

Storage Permission

Storage access may be used to:

• Save PDF invoices
• Export reports
• Import or export inventory
• Backup business data

SMS, WhatsApp, and Sharing

If you choose to share invoices or bills:

• PDF receipts
• Text invoices

they are sent only through the applications you select, such as WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

SMAN does not send messages automatically without your action.

Inventory and Billing Data

Your inventory, sales history, purchase records, and billing information are stored locally on your device unless you enable cloud backup in a future release.

Payment Information

SMAN can generate UPI payment QR codes using the amount entered in the bill.

The app does not process, collect, or store your bank account credentials, debit card details, credit card details, or UPI PIN.

Payments are completed through supported UPI applications.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your business data from unauthorized access. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Third-Party Services

The app may use trusted third-party services, including:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase (if enabled)
• Google AdMob (if advertisements are displayed)
• Crash reporting and analytics services

These services have their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Your information remains stored until:

• You delete it,
• You uninstall the application, or
• You manually clear the app data.

Children's Privacy

SMAN is intended for use by business owners and shopkeepers. It is not designed for children under 13 years of age.

Your Rights

You may:

• Edit your business information
• Delete inventory
• Delete invoices
• Delete customer information
• Remove all application data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the application
