How We Use Your Information • To generate quotations and tax invoices for your business. • To manage your business records locally. • To facilitate subscription payments via Google Play Billing. 3. Data Storage and Security • Offline First: RoundLog is primarily an offline application. Your business data is stored in your device's secure local storage. • Backups: You are responsible for creating backups of your data using the app's "Export Data" feature. We do not have access to your stored business records. 4. Third-Party Services We use the following third-party services which may collect information according to their own policies: • Google Play Billing: Used for processing subscription payments. • Google Sign-In: Used for optional account authentication. • WhatsApp: Used only when you choose to share a bill or reminder; data is sent via the WhatsApp app on your device. 5. Permissions The app may request the following permissions: • Camera/Storage: To scan physical invoices using OCR and to save/share generated PDF bills. • Internet: To process payments and load essential app libraries. 6.
